The cost of Labour Hire Licenses, insurances and WorkCover, becomes huge expenses for agencies who do not offer contracting as part of their services. Many excellent boutique agencies and top recruiters refrain from working with top clients because the cost of providing these services is too complex, costly and high risk.
iMaven offers recruiters who do not have the capability of funding a payroll, the opportunity to bid on contract roles and still manage the contractor, but not carry the risk and hassle of managing a payroll. We provide this service so great recruiters are not locked out of the process because they do not have the payroll capabilities to offer a contingent labour employee.
We provide this service at no extra cost to recruiters. We offer three contracting options to employers and recruiters at no extra cost. The cost model stays the same: 20% of the recruiter margin (excluding superannuation and payroll tax).
How it Works:
Once you win the contract, based on the model that was selected the process is as follows:
RECRUITER FUNDED:
- The contractor completes TiMaven timesheet
- Employer Approves
- iMaven provides recruiter RCTI with approved timesheet for record keeping
- iMaven pays recruiter 14 days after invoicing
- Recruiter maintains contractor engagement
iMaven FUNDED
- Contractor completes TimAven timesheet
- Employer Approves
- iMaven pays recruiter RCTI margin minus iMaven fee 14 days after invoicing
- Recruiter maintains contractor engagement and management
Employer Funded:
- Contractor completes TimAven timesheet
- Employer Approves
- iMaven pays recruiter RCTI margin minus iMaven fee 14 days after invoicing
